Using Ripluo on Your Phone, Tablet, and Desktop

Event days do not happen at a desk. Ripluo is built for the browser, which means it runs on whatever device is in your hand - laptop in the office, tablet at the venue walkthrough, phone backstage - with nothing to install and your data always in sync.

Browsers and Devices

Ripluo works in every modern browser - Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox - on Mac, Windows, iPhone, iPad, and Android. Because it is one web app, there are no version mismatches: everyone on your team sees the same thing, updated the moment we ship improvements.

On Your Phone

The interface adapts to small screens, and day-of essentials work great on mobile: checking the schedule, ticking off checklist items, messaging your team, and pulling up vendor contacts. For one-tap access, add Ripluo to your home screen:

  • iPhone (Safari): open app.ripluo.com, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
  • Android (Chrome): open app.ripluo.com, tap the menu, then Add to Home screen.

It gets its own icon and opens like an app.

What's Best on a Bigger Screen

Layout design (floor plans), building complex schedules, and CRM pipeline work are simply nicer with more pixels and a mouse. A common rhythm: build on desktop during the week, run from your phone on event day.

Common Questions

Is there an app store app? Not today - the browser version is the full product everywhere, and the home-screen shortcut gets you the app feel now.

Does my team need anything installed? No. Send them their invite link; a browser is all anyone needs.

Device acting up? Click the feedback icon and choose Chat with our team and tell us what device and browser you are on.
