Yes. Every Ripluo plan includes CRM features with tier-based limits. Free gets 100 contacts, 10 deals, 10 proposals, 10 quotes, 10 invoices, and 5 email templates. Plus raises limits and adds online payments, custom pipeline stages, and contracts. Pro unlocks unlimited contracts and contract templates, e-signatures, sponsor management, AI CRM tools, and Google/Facebook Ads integration.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Ripluo plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, your current billing cycle completes before the change takes effect.
How does payment processing work on Ripluo?
Ripluo uses Stripe Connect for online payment processing on paid plans. When clients pay invoices online, Stripe's standard processing fees apply plus a small Ripluo platform fee. Online payment is available on Plus, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Invoicing itself is available on every plan (Free gets up to 10 invoices).
What's the difference between Account Users and Planners per Event?
Account Users have full access to your Ripluo account and can create events, access the CRM, and use all features available on your plan. Planners per Event are limited to a specific event only - they can collaborate on that event but cannot access other account information, making them ideal for freelance coordinators or day-of staff.
