What features are included in the free plan?
The free plan includes drag-and-drop schedule building, auto-adjusting timelines, budget and expense tracking, task and checklist management, contact and vendor management, guest list management, venue booking tracker, calendar view, custom event forms, PDF export, and the Buildr AI assistant.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Ripluo plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, your current billing cycle completes before the change takes effect.
How does payment processing work on Ripluo?
Ripluo uses Stripe Connect for online payment processing. When clients pay invoices online, Ripluo charges just 0.5% on top of Stripe's standard processing fees. This is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
What's the difference between Account Users and Planners per Event?
Account Users have full access to your Ripluo account and can create events, access the CRM, and use all features. Planners per Event are limited to a specific event only - they can collaborate on that event but cannot access other account information, making them ideal for freelance coordinators or day-of staff.
