Managing Your Ripluo Plan, Billing, and Receipts
Managing Your Ripluo Plan, Billing, and Receipts
Whether you are upgrading because you booked more events or you need a receipt for your books, everything about your Ripluo subscription lives in one place. This guide covers plans, payments, receipts, and cancellation.
What's in Each Plan
Ripluo has four plans, and every plan includes the full set of event planning tools (schedules, tasks, budgets, floor plans, public pages, and Buildr AI):
- Free: 5 active events, 1 user, 1 planner per event.
- Plus: 15 active events, 10 users, guest lists and RSVP, custom templates, email notifications, archived events.
- Pro: 50 active events, 25 users, plus the full CRM - contacts, pipeline, proposals, quotes, contracts and e-signatures, invoicing with online payments, and sponsor management.
- Enterprise: 100+ events, unlimited users, dedicated account manager, custom integrations.
Full details and current pricing are on the pricing page.
Upgrading or Downgrading
Go to Settings > Billing - the Current Plan card shows your plan and its limits, and View Plans & Pricing takes you to checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe, and promotion codes and annual billing discounts are supported at checkout. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and billing is prorated so you only pay for what you use.
If you hit a plan limit while working (for example, creating a 6th event on the Free plan), Ripluo shows you exactly which limit you reached and which plan removes it.
Updating Your Payment Method
Card details are managed through Stripe's secure billing portal, so your card number never touches Ripluo's servers. Use the portal to update your card, switch between monthly and yearly billing, or view Stripe's copy of your invoices.
Payment History and Receipts
If you are the account owner, go to Settings > Billing and find the Payment History section. Every subscription charge appears there after each renewal: date, plan, amount, and status, with links to view the invoice online or download the PDF for expense reports.
You also get a receipt automatically: every time your subscription renews, Ripluo emails the account owner a receipt with the invoice link and PDF download. Only the owner sees payment history - admins and members never see your billing details.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Your paid features stay active through the end of the period you already paid for, and your data is not deleted - you move back to the Free plan's limits afterward.
Common Questions
I paid but didn't get a receipt email. Receipts go to the account owner's email address. Check spam for mail from noreply@mail.ripluo.com, and find the same receipt any time under Settings > Billing.
Do I lose my events if I downgrade? No. Your data stays. If you have more active events than the lower plan allows, you will need to archive or complete some before creating new ones.
Where do I see what I've been charged? Settings > Billing (owners only), or the receipt emails from each renewal.
