Getting Your Existing Data into Ripluo

Switching tools is only as painful as moving your data. Here is exactly what Ripluo can import today, what to use instead for the rest, and the honest gaps.

Guest Lists: Direct CSV Import

Guest lists import in bulk. In your event, open Guests and click Import CSV:

1. The Import Guests dialog opens - click to select or drag and drop your CSV file.
2. Working in Excel or Google Sheets? Save or download the sheet as CSV first.
3. Confirm, and your guests appear in the list - you will see "Successfully imported" with the count.

Guest lists and RSVP tracking are available on Plus plans and above.

Recurring Structures: Use Templates

For the event content you rebuild every time - schedules, budgets, checklists - the fastest path is building it once and reusing it. Each of those tools has an Import from Template button, so your standard wedding run-of-show or corporate budget skeleton drops into any new event in seconds. Custom templates are available on Plus and above.

Contacts and Vendors: Manual for Now

Honest answer: there is no bulk CSV import for contacts or vendors yet. Two practical approaches while we build toward it:

• Add your active clients and vendors as you work with them - most planners find their real working set is smaller than their old spreadsheet.
• Put a lead capture form on your website - new inquiries create contacts in your CRM automatically, so the list builds itself going forward.
