Every Way to Export Your Data from Ripluo

Your data is yours, and getting it out should be easy - whether that is a polished PDF for a venue or a CSV for your records. Here is every export in Ripluo and where to find it.

The Event PDF Export

Open your event and choose Export Event from the event header menu. The Export Event to PDF dialog gives you real control:

  • Export Scope: the complete event across all rooms, or a single room's timeline only.
  • Section checkboxes: pick exactly what goes in (schedules, details, and so on) with quick All / None buttons.
  • Click Export PDF - it opens your print dialog with professional formatting and your branding, and you save it as a PDF from there.

This is the export to hand a venue, a client, or your day-of staff.

CSV Exports

  • Guest lists: in your event's Guests tab, click Export CSV for a spreadsheet-ready download.
  • Volunteers: the volunteer manager has its own Export CSV.
  • Form submissions: lead and custom form responses export to CSV from the form's submissions view.
  • Reports: the event header's Reports option builds venue-booking exports.

Public Page PDF

Your public event pages have their own export button, so anyone you share the link with - clients, vendors, venue contacts - can download the schedule as a PDF without an account.

What Doesn't Export Yet

Being straight with you: budgets and CRM contacts do not have dedicated export buttons yet. If you need either for your accounting or records today, message us in chat and we will help - and your ask gets counted toward what we build next.
