What's New in Ripluo: March 2026 Product Update

Six new feature groups are here - customizable pipeline stages, BCC email logging, advanced budget controls, Event Lists, sponsor auto-checklists, and more. Here is everything that shipped and how to use it.

We have been listening to your feedback, and this month we are shipping six feature groups that make Ripluo more powerful for every type of event business. Whether you are a solo wedding planner or a multi-event agency, these updates give you more control, better visibility, and less manual work.

Here is a summary of everything that shipped:

1. Customizable Pipeline Stages

Your sales process is unique. A wedding planner's pipeline looks nothing like a corporate event manager's. Now you can build your pipeline your way.

Go to CRM → Pipeline Settings to add, rename, reorder, or remove stages. Build separate pipelines for different event types, or create a universal flow that works across your business.

Example pipelines:

    • Wedding planner: Inquiry → Consultation → Proposal → Contract → Planning → Day-Of → Follow-Up

    • Corporate events: Lead → Discovery → Budget Approval → Vendor Selection → Execution → Debrief

    • Agency: Inbound → Qualification → Scope → Pricing → Negotiation → Signed → Active

2. BCC Email Logging

Email is still where most client communication happens. Now every email can be part of your CRM record - automatically.

Every Ripluo CRM account gets a unique BCC address. Add it to the BCC field of any email you send from Gmail, Outlook, or any other client, and the full message (including attachments) is automatically logged to the matching contact's activity timeline.

No manual data entry. No copy-pasting. Your entire team gets visibility into all client communication.

3. Advanced Budget Controls

Budgets just got a lot more powerful. Four new capabilities:

    • Fixed vs. Calculated Estimates - Enter a flat dollar amount, or set per-unit costs with quantities that auto-calculate. Switch between modes any time.

    • Category-Level Permissions - Control who can view or edit specific budget categories. Let your assistant manage catering costs while keeping entertainment budgets visible only to senior planners.

    • Inline Transfers - Move funds between categories without leaving the budget view. Edit transfer amounts inline for faster adjustments.

    • Budget Search - Find any item, category, or transaction instantly. Especially valuable for large events with hundreds of line items.

4. Event Lists

Sometimes you need a simple, flexible table inside your event workspace. Event Lists give you exactly that.

Create custom tables with any columns you need - text, numbers, dates, dropdowns, checkboxes. Use them for seating charts, vendor contact sheets, run-of-show notes, equipment inventories, or anything else your event requires.

Sort, filter, and organize your data however makes sense. Event Lists live alongside your other event tools in the sidebar.

When you add a sponsor to an event, Ripluo now automatically generates a deliverables checklist based on their sponsorship package. Track fulfillment progress for each deliverable - signage placement, stage mentions, booth setup, digital assets, logo usage, and more.

No more forgetting to hang a banner or missing a social media mention. Every deliverable is tracked and visible to your team.

6. Speaker Commitment Templates

Managing speakers involves tracking a lot of moving pieces - bios, headshots, presentation files, travel preferences, AV requirements, and more. Speaker commitment templates give you a pre-built checklist for each speaker so nothing falls through the cracks.
